Refund & Returns Policy

At Svelteco, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- All tags and original packaging are intact
- The product is not marked as final sale
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@svelteco.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and (if applicable) product photos.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- If eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your item and complete a quality check, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We offer one free exchange per order, subject to product availability. The item must meet the return eligibility criteria.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that are worn, washed, or damaged
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
- Free gifts or promotional items
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free.
- In other cases, a small return handling fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
