- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Areas: 4–8 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather, or holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[insert threshold, e.g., ₹999].

5. Order Tracking

6. Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

- If we are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).

While we aim to deliver on time, Svelteco is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
